Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any product purchased from FIRESWAP.com If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the item to us for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).
General Return/Exchange Policies:
1. All Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Include your name, order number, phone number and email address.
3. If exchanging for another product, please include a note listing product code/name of product and size.
4. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
5. For exchanges you will be charged a re-shipping fee of $5.00. Please include your check or money order for $6.00 or give us permission to charge it to the credit card you provided at the time of the sale.
6. You are responsible for risk of loss on return shipments. We recommend you insure the package returning to us. The product must return undamaged.
7. All items must be returned in original condition (unworn and unlaundered). Please return ball caps in a hard box at least 4" high, otherwise the front of the cap will be damaged. All collectibles must have their original box and papers.
8. Returns and exchanges are handled promtly. If we have any questions we will contact you by email.

Cancellations:
There is a 5% cancellation charge on any orders that have been placed using a credit card and had not yet been shipped.
Shipping:
Most items are being shipped within 2 days. We have authentic Fire Department t-shirts and merchandise which means we work with many different departments and some items are not in stock at the time you order. We do our best in contacting you immediately if there will be a delay on delivery. Many items are shipped separately and you may not receive all items in one shipment. Please keep this in mind and be patient as items may arrive separately.
Shipping charges vary based on destination post code. Shipping is calculated using USPS rates and handling fees are included in all orders. For orders paid for by check or money order (not credit card) the delivery dates might be slightly longer, depending on when payment is received. We make every effort to maintain shipping charges at a reasonable level. We use USPS whenever possible. If you need special shipping assistance for quicker delivery please email customerservice@fireswap.com or call us, 1-877-347-3792.
Customs duties and taxes (non-U.S. destinations)
International Orders and Orders being Shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to an additional shipping surcharge. Your shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International orders will be calculated within the shopping cart at time of checkout. Most orders are shipped global priority or air mail. We welcome working with your department directly on custom orders or volume discounting.
Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from FIRESWAP.com charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
Customs sticker (non-U.S. destinations)
FIRESWAP.com is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
